The Indou Group was born from necessity.
As a former Regional Advocate with the Small Business Administration, I witnessed firsthand how quickly government contracts could disappear and how devastating that impact could be on business owners who had built their livelihoods around them.
When the administration changed and I found myself unexpectedly transitioning back to entrepreneurship, I realized that thousands of government contractors were facing the same challenges I was seeing—but without the insider knowledge to navigate them effectively.
The truth is that while government contracting has always been complex, today's environment presents unprecedented volatility. Departments are being moved or eliminated overnight. Funding priorities shift with each new executive order. Contracts are terminated "for convenience" with little warning. And many of the support systems business owners once relied on - like Women's Business Centers and Veteran Business Centers- -are being systematically dismantled.
This new reality requires a new approach to government contracting—one that combines regulatory expertise with strategic guidance and personalized support. That's why I created The Indou Group.
To serve as a trusted guide helping government contractors maintain stability, protect their businesses, and find new opportunities during periods of administrative volatility.
